India’s New Data Protection Bill: Impacts on Global Businesses and How-To’s
As India’s newly passed Data Protection Bill, known as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, comes into effect soon, global enterprises will be undergoing a significant shift in how they process personal data in India and transfer data to and from other countries.
